To maintain its competitive edge in Singapore’s dynamic hospitality market, the hotel undertook a major guestroom and facility upgrade project completed in 2019, focusing on improving comfort, functionality, and modern aesthetics.
During this renovation, Interi Furniture, a Guangzhou-based furniture manufacturer specializing in custom hospitality furniture and turnkey solutions, was selected by the project contractor to provide customized fixed furniture and built-in cabinetry for the hotel guestrooms.

​Century China Resources Hotel is an intelligent business hotel equipped with four-star standard. The hotel is conveniently located in the administrative center of Weifang City. The hotel has a butterfly wing shape with a height of 22 floors and a total area of 27,000 square meters. 
​The hotel's architectural decoration is all green and environmentally friendly, providing customers with a variety of consumer needs such as fitness, entertainment, accommodation, food and leisure. The hotel's six to twenty floors are the hotel's guest rooms. There are 166 sets of high-end business rooms and 210 beds. All hotel room furniture is custom-made by Interi Furniture
