This project again is to target the middle up residential client segment, with its overall design feature in simple modern style. The design scheme creates a cozy living environment for the house owner, cultivated with cultural features and the modern atmosphere. The designer of this project thought into details in terms of colors and textures. Every actual use of furniture, fabric, laminate, carpet, painting, and decor is carefully considered and selected in consideration of the preference of each family member.

Take a look at this small but good use of space are for office! Only 45 square meters (405 square feet), however it comes to a result that every inch of space is wisely used thanks to custom design and supply. We are not talking about large amount of design and combination of different piece of board but mini space for company like this! Especially for those small companies who focus more on modern, individual and creative space. This kind of deco and furniture give them a sense of clearness and good feeling.  After 3 days' full time working, this small duplex mock up in Xi'an province has finally come to the view of us. The following pictures are taken in this small mock up of 40 square meters. Later on, it would be used for public apartment.  With the concept of 'Diamond', the simple but luxury design aims to create a sense of dignity by choose black & brown as the main color while combining with large area of glass and marbles. The lines of the structure and those of the furniture are fully custom made, making it simple but beautiful in details.  It's been a while since we sense the carefulness and concentration of the designer. This high end private villa has occupied half year of the effort and finally it comes to a good result of satisfaction from the owner. While building up these custom made furniture from the factory, the chief designer paid a lot of attention to the shape, color, size, painting of every piece of furniture, making sure each of them fully express the concept he intended to show. With help of the experience workers and the tough requirement from the designers, finally, we make them successfully.  |
