A company succeeds because it has successful employees! As a China leading custom furniture manufacturer, we know that the growth of the staffs is the key to succeed in long term. One of the activities that we have inside the companies is the birthday party! Each month, we will gather all the staffs whose birthdays are in the same month to celebrate as a group. Several Year ago, people in China were trying to ask the small workshops or carpenters to custom the furniture for them. Due to the limitation of wood and production technology, there were problem of different quality and pollution in paint, and space. With the help of the development of furniture industry, more and more custom furniture companies showed up and competition rose afterwards. Besides providing the furniture itself, a good custom furniture manufacturer has to do more on the furniture style according to the different needs from the clients.  Dec 6, we took part in Guangzhou 2013 Design Week. Sharing the experience with the presented designers, we will be loving to have a close cooperation. To satisfy our target client, to exceed their expectation is something we are looking forward to!  1.The price might be right. Custom furniture isn’t necessarily more expensive than ready-made pieces from a showroom or chain store, and can even be less expensive. A large furniture company has a lot of invisible factors involved in its pricing structure (say marketing cost, distribution channel markup etc.). It has to pay a designer a flat fee and often a percentage of sales, and a factory to make the merchandise. Then there are taxes, shipping, advertising and overhead costs for the retail outlets, such as rent, insurance basic facility and even air conditioning. All these costs are rolled into the final sticker price.  |
