All the materials we selected have passed through the serious testing like ROHS, SGS. Just like the frame of furniture, we choose the solid wood from oversea countries and it must meet the ROHS requirements. All the materials including the timber, fabric, and sponge must pass serious inspection before purchasing. Meanwhile we use the solid wood veneer instead of the MDF board for the purpose of guaranteeing furniture quality.

8. PACKING PROCEDURES

Our experienced packing team only pack the furniture after series of checking procedures to ensure the good functioning of the furniture. All the furniture will be stored in the wood case in case of broken from shipping.

3. PROJECT EVALUATION MEETING

Firstly, before production, we will get together with all the supervisors from different teams to evaluate the production process for each item in the order lists. With product evaluation meeting, all the producing processes will be faster, better, more smoothly and lower false rate.
