2. Confirmation of the first furniture product
The first furniture product refers to the first qualified product in mass production. When starting mass production, once there is a restart, mold replacement, mold repair, equipment repair and material replacement, our workshop staff will make the first custom furniture product according to the engineering drawings, process requirements and quality standards.If the first furniture product inspection fails, we will re-examine the entire process until the source of the problem is found and resolved before restarting production. 4. Detection of wood moisture content
When the moisture content of the wood changes greatly, uneven internal stress will be generated inside the wood, causing major defects such as deformation, warping and cracking of the appearance of the wood.Generally speaking, professional custom furniture factories have clear requirements of control standard for the solid wood moisture content .The following are the control standards for the moisture content of solid wood in our custom furniture factory.The moisture content of prepared solid wood needs to be controlled between 6% and 8%, the moisture content of plywood needs to be controlled between 6% and 12%, and the moisture content of multilayer plywood, particleboard, and medium density fiberboard needs to be controlled between 6% and 10%.
5.Appearance finish detection
Custom solid wood furniture needs to be decorated with painting to increase the aesthetic appearance of the product. Before the painting, the surface of the wood body needs to be sanded to ensure that the painting effect is easy to control.
6.Contrast of painting colors
For bespoke furniture products in the painting process , we will send the spot-checked products to our color workshop to compare the original color plate M.C.C provided by the customer every 2 hours to monitor the brightness and effect of the painting. If there are deviations, the process of each section can be modified in time.
7.Production process inspection
1) Self-inspection: After the first furniture product inspection, when mass production, our workshop master must conduct self-inspection on the products they process. If the workshop master finds that the quality is abnormal during the self-inspection, they will stop the subsequent production process and correct it in time.
2) Mutual inspection: During the production process of our custom furniture, the staff responsible for the next process will perform quality inspection on the parts of the previous process.
3）patrol inspection：Our custom furniture factory is exclusively equipped with an IPQC team. They are responsible for inspecting the products throughout the manufacture process of custom furniture.If they find a custom-made furniture product with abnormal quality, they will ask for improvement or suggest a shutdown, and ask the workshop workers responsible for this process to correct it in time.
8. Final inspection
Our FQC team will conduct a comprehensive inspection of all the products to be packed into the packaging workshop. For custom furniture products that pass the inspection, we will attach a special inspection qualified label.
9. Random inspection after storage
Before our products are shipped, our quality inspection team will sample a certain percentage of the finished products to be shipped in the finished product warehouse.
