8 Steps to The Installation of Custom Villa Furniture

1.Packaging inspection. Check the integrity of the package and check the accessories according to the packing list.

2.Operation area cleaning.  First, clean the floor and wall surface where the custom cabinet will be installed to prevent it from cleaning and affecting the stability of the custom cabinet. Second, plan a work area in the client's house that is convenient for the next assembly operation. When installed, the packaging material can be tiled to the floor to protect the furniture surface and protect the customer's floor.

3. Cabinets, drawers and other components assembling. During the assembly process of the villa furniture, it is necessary to pay attention to the structural drawings and assemble them according to the specified order.

7.Installation acceptance. Check the stability of the body structure of the custom cabinet to ensure a tight connection. Check the availability of moving parts and functional components to ensure stable and reliable functions.

8.Furniture and floor cleaning. Clean up the debris generated during the installation process, dust on the furniture and clean up the processing marks. Check the tools and accessories for any omissions.
